Rolex Datejust Ref. 16030 Buckley
A Rolex Datejust with a Buckley dial, does it get any better? Buckley dials are a variant of Rolex dials with painted Roman numerals, named after a New York watch dealer named John Buckley.
So see here a Rolex Datejust with ivory Buckley dial. Ref 16030 from about 1979, meaning with quickset date caliber. It is a Datejust with a ‘tough’ look. Steel bezel, and Oyster bracelet. The Buckley dial is something of the 70s and 80s. Mostly in Datejust but there are some cool exceptions, for example, the Rolex Day-Date we have with a white Buckley dial.
In mint condition, from about 1979, this Rolex Datejust is a winner for every new owner.
