Breguet Type XXI Transatlantique Ref. 3810
When we think of Breguet most people think of marine and classic designs. But they do a lot more. In the fifties, Breguet produced a watch for the french airforce fitted with a flyback mechanism.
The one you see here is from 2012, comes with the original box, and just returned from Atelier Breguet, so fresh out of service. It appears a bit larger than it is, the case measures 42.5 mm. What is really special about this watch is the dial, it’s made of ruthenium, and it depends on how the light is falling, grey sometimes brownish. There is a lot more to see, the perfect numerals, the diamond shape little markers.
Originally a tool watch, now a luxury watch for every occasion.
